Lost Your Ledger Recovery Phrase | Risk Disclosure

Losing the recovery phrase means losing the ability to restore your assets; the official side cannot help you recover it.

If the device is still in your possession, immediately move the assets to a new wallet and back it up again. If the device is also lost, the assets are unrecoverable.

Warning: any party claiming to be able to recover a lost recovery phrase is running a scam.

Ledger Won't Connect | Bluetooth & USB Troubleshooting

Ledger connection failures are usually caused by a damaged USB cable, Bluetooth being off, or a missing driver.

Recommended checks: replace the USB cable; make sure Bluetooth is on; update Ledger Wallet.

Note: the official software never asks for your recovery phrase.
